2. Independent marketing website — no affiliation
This website is not the official website of the developer. It is not operated by, endorsed by, verified by or affiliated with MRCB Seputeh Land Sdn Bhd or Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB). It is published by an appointed marketing agent for the purpose of providing project information and a direct line of contact.
The developer's official project website is lunarseputeh.com. If information on this website differs from the developer's official materials, the developer's materials prevail.
3. Prelaunch status and no offer
Lunar Seputeh is at prelaunch stage and the project's Advertising and Sales Permit (APDL) is pending at the time of publication. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, an invitation to treat, a contract, or any part of a contract. No sale is offered or concluded here, and no unit is reserved or allocated by contacting us. Any purchase will be governed solely by the Sale and Purchase Agreement issued by the developer, together with the developer's booking documents.
4. No payments are collected here
We do not collect booking fees, deposits or payments of any kind through this website. Any payment relating to the project is made directly to the developer or its appointed solicitors, against the developer's own official receipt. If anyone asks you to make a payment to a personal account in connection with this website, do not pay, and please report it to us.
5. Information is indicative and may change
Content on this website was compiled in good faith from materials supplied by the developer and is provided for general information only. In particular:
- All renderings, interior images and landscape images are artist's impressions, not photographs of a completed building.
