You do not have to take our word for it. Real estate negotiators in Malaysia must be registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir, Ejen Harta Tanah dan Pengurus Harta, or LPPEH/BOVAEP), and the register is public.

You can check the registration of REN 69435 and of the agency E(1)1584 through the Board's public register at lpeph.gov.my/search-listing. If anything on this website does not match the register, please treat the register as correct and let us know.

Our relationship to the developer

This is not the official website of the developer. It is not operated by, endorsed by, verified by, or affiliated with MRCB Seputeh Land Sdn Bhd or Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB).

We are an appointed marketing agent. Like other agencies marketing the same project, we introduce interested buyers to the developer and assist them through the process. The developer sets all prices, packages, terms and availability; we do not set or negotiate them.

The developer's own official project website is lunarseputeh.com. Project names, logos and images belong to the developer and appear here solely to describe the project we market.

What we do — and what we don't

What we do:

• Publish project information compiled from the developer's own sales materials
• Send you the developer's e-brochure, floor plans, current price list and unit availability on request
• Give you our honest read on layouts, stacks, facing and suitability for your situation
• Arrange sales gallery appointments with the developer
• Assist with loan referrals and paperwork coordination after you decide to proceed

What we do not do:

• We do not collect booking fees, deposits or any payment through this website. All payments go directly to the developer or its appointed solicitors.
• We do not charge buyers a fee. Professional fees for marketing a new development are paid by the developer.
• We do not hold or resell units, and we do not guarantee availability, pricing, rental yield, capital appreciation or loan approval.
• We do not represent ourselves as the developer, and we do not speak on the developer's behalf.

Prelaunch status

Lunar Seputeh is at prelaunch stage and the project's Advertising and Sales Permit (APDL) is pending at the time of publication. No sale is offered or concluded through this website. All information published here is preliminary and subject to change by the developer. Any eventual purchase will be governed by the Sale and Purchase Agreement issued by the developer once the relevant approvals are in place.

Who collects your data

There is no enquiry form on this website. Contact happens through WhatsApp or a phone call, and when you message us you are messaging Lim Wei Liang (REN 69435) directly. Any personal data you choose to share in that conversation is collected and used by us as described in our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice.

Accuracy of information

Everything on this website was compiled in good faith from materials supplied by the developer. Renderings and key plans are artist's impressions, not photographs of a completed building. Measurements are approximate and subject to final survey. Instalment figures shown are indicative illustrations, not quotations or offers of credit. Developers change specifications, layouts, pricing and timelines during a project's life, and this website may not always reflect the latest position. Always verify current particulars with the developer and take independent legal and financial advice before committing to a purchase. If you spot something on this site that looks out of date or incorrect, please tell us and we will correct it.
